About King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard
Formed in Melbourne in 2010, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard is a six-piece rock band whose catalog ranges across psychedelic rock, garage rock, progressive rock, metal, folk, electronic music, and microtonal experiments. Multiple members sing and switch instruments, while guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, harmonica, and percussion support expansive sets that work equally well in packed clubs, theaters, and major outdoor festival stages.
