About Grateful Shred
Grateful Shred is a Los Angeles-based collective devoted primarily to the songbook of the Grateful Dead, approached with a relaxed California rock feel and room for improvisation. Its lineup has varied, but the ensemble format generally includes multiple vocalists and guitarists alongside bass, drums, keyboards, and occasional pedal steel, making it a natural fit for clubs, theaters, and outdoor communal gatherings.
